UCI World Championships

The UCI World Championships are cycling’s biggest stage for national teams—the place where riders swap trade jerseys for country colors and chase the iconic rainbow bands. For a small island, simply earning a Worlds start is a statement. Bermuda has done more than that: we’ve lined up across multiple disciplines and age categories, from Junior to U23 and Elite, on the sport’s toughest courses.

Why this matters

Worlds selections are earned on ranking points and Continental/International results. For a nation of Bermuda’s size, repeated qualification across Junior, U23, and Elite shows a real pathway: juniors stepping up to U23, U23s progressing to Elite, and all of them carrying the island’s colors against the strongest fields in the sport.
